General:

  • Conditions apply to all visitors/guests of B&B Porturama Lda. Portugal.

  • When making a reservation these terms and condition become applicable

  • Upon request a free copy of these terms and conditions are available.

  • Management of Porturama is not liable for damages, losses or theft of property of guests. In case of disputes all (legal)costs are for the account of the guest.

  • All risks with regards to a stay at B&B Porturama or for the account of the guest.

  • Damages to or missing of any movable or immovable goods of B&B Porturama have to be reported and refunded to B&B Porturama by the guests immediately

  • Guests have to follow direction given by staff/owners of B&B Porturama.

  • When violating these terms and conditions or when unacceptable behaviour occurs by guests staff/owners of B&B Porturama can deny guests further access to the premises without any restitution of already paid amounts.

  • Guests of B&B Porturama have to comply to the house rules

Reservations, confirmations and payments

  • Reservations can be made via the website or per e-mail

  • B&B will sent a confirmation after receiving your reservation (when availability is sufficient)

  • 30% of the reservation amount will be charged as a down payment. This has to be paid by bank transfer to IBAN PT50 0007 0000 0035 9009 0292 3 in the name of Bed & Breakfast Porturama Lda while referring to your reservation number. After receiving your payment your reservation is final.

  • The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-out. There is no possibility of payment by creditcard or cashcard(PIN).

Cancellations

  • If you are unable to meet the agreed reservation, you must inform B & B Porturama as soon as possible so that B & B Porturama can offer the vacant room(s).

  • If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, full refund will be paid, minus 10% of the total booking amount for administration and reservation costs.

  • If cancelled within 30 days of the date of arrival, no restitution will be made; so total down payment will expire.

Household regulations

  • Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by B&B Porturama and must be legitimated upon request.

  • Check-in is possible between 14:00 and 21:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please let us know.
  • We expect to have the room available at 12 o’clock (noon) when leaving. (check-out time)

  • In case of early departure or not appearing at all no refund will be made.

  • Breakfast is prepared for you at the appointed time and served in the breakfast room.

  • Noises, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, should be avoided. Sound carriers and the like should not be a nuisance to others.

  • Any visitors of our guests are not allowed to stay overnight at the B&B Porturama without the owner’s prior permission and without extra payment.

  • Vehicles must be parked at the parking spaces available at the B&B Porturama

  • Pets are at B&B Porturama restricted and subject to conditions.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside at B&B Porturama. Outside in the gardens and on the terraces there is enough opportunity to smoke, this of course in consultation with the other guests. Please be aware of the danger of forest fires at all times!

Do you disagree with the settlement of a complaint and / or has there been a difference of opinion regarding your stay and / or our business operations? Did you report this (in writing)?
