The rooms
All our rooms have a private external entrance. The rooms, all with double bed, are 20m2 (220 ft2) and have a private en suite bathroom with toilet and shower.
Every room has its own outside sitting area and coffee and tea making facilities. Free WIFI is available.
All rooms have central heating so even in the wintermonths you can enjoy a warm and comfortable stay with us.
Bed & Breakfast Porturama has 4 rooms, each named after a nice place in the neighbourhood.
Directly at the entrance on the first floor you will find room 1, Arganil This is a very light room with windows on three sides! As the room is situated north-west, it is one of the cooler rooms of Porturama. The terrace under the window is the outside sitting area belonging to this room and has shade until late in the afternoon.
Room number 2, Côja, is located on the south side of Porturama on the first floor and can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights
Coja has beautiful views and most of the sunshine. Through the double glass doors you can see the hills of the Serra do Açor from your bed. An umbrella on the veranda gives the much needed shade in the summer.
SANTA COMBA DÃO (2 persons)
Room number 3, Santa Comba Dão is located in the garden. This room also has Porturama’s most spacious bathroom. A nice seat in front of room gives a view over the garden and with ten steps you can take a dive into the swimming pool. Situated on the westside: a lot of sunshine!
PÍODÃO (2)
Room number 4, Piodão is located at the back of Porturama, also facing south. With a covered patio in front of the room it is even cool on the hottest days (and shelter from the rain in autumn and wintertime) with views of the Serra do Açor. This room has 2 single beds (double box spring).
